A born and raised Clevelander, I was recently talking to some friends here and realized that there really was no local outlet where one could get fresh new ideas about all things fashion and lifestyle. I am by no means an expert in either, but I do a good amount of traveling and am always eager to see what is fresh and exciting, from clothing stores to the hottest new spas and a little bit of everything in between. I have what my husband thinks of as an abnormal love of clothing and all things “fashionable,” and I figured it would be fun to create a forum where I could share my local (and sometimes not so local!) discoveries and stories.

Cleveland is hardly a style mecca like New York or Paris is but that doesn’t mean people who live here aren’t interested in finding great items and looking and feeling fantastic. And there are plenty of local treasures both old and new that are well-worth exploring, and maybe more will open up shop here if enough interest and demand is created for the finer (but not always the more expensive!) things. While this website will by no means be comprehensive and will not focus entirely on Cleveland, I will try to explore as much as possible in our great city and occasionally go beyond to bring you my favorite finds. If you have a favorite place that I have missed, tell me about it and I will check it out! It is more important than ever to try and support local businesses, and despite what outsiders say, Cleveland does have a ton to offer—you just have to look a little harder!
